Early
- Method
- Fight the same cows or early Slayer as Attack.
- Place
- Stand there.
- Click
- Click shared combat so Defence rises too.
- Leave
- Leave the armour shop until you need a repair.
Mid
- Method
- Do Slayer in armour you can repair.
- Place
- Stand on the task.
- Click
- Click the monster and eat.
- Leave
- Leave tank armour on tasks that barely hit you.
Late
- Method
- Stay on Slayer.
- Place
- Stand where you can eat.
- Click
- Click food before you show off.
- Leave
- Leave boss tanking on the Bosses page.
Inventory
Wear the best armour you can repair for that task. Wear a Slayer helmet on a task. Bring a sign of life if the place can kill you. Bring only what this method uses. Leave the spare gear in the bank.
Money fork
Repair and dying are the bill. Check the wiki for the current death cost. Do not buy armour you cannot reclaim.
Iron fork
If you cannot buy the supplies, gather them yourself. Stay on the earlier step until you have them.
Kit
Wear the best armour you can repair for that task. Wear a Slayer helmet on a task. Bring a sign of life if the place can kill you.
Mistakes
Do not walk into a boss in fashion armour at 60 Defence. Do not camp a dummy and spend the food money.
Stop
Stop when you have the level you came for. A quest, a prayer, or a weapon. Level 99 is a cape. You do not need it to use the skill.
