Levels
Early
1–40. Same crabs as Attack. Strength potion if you bought one.
Mid
40–70. The same slayer hour. Controlled splits the XP.
Late
70+. The weapon Attack already unlocked. Strength is the hit, not a second pilgrimage.
Wear
Same as Attack. Do not buy a second max set for this number.
Afk
Same crabs. Same task.
Fast
Slayer. Controlled is a split, not a third skill.
Watch
A strength amulet is not a method after 70.
