Chinchompa: throwing animals that hit a pile and cost coins. Ammo: the arrows or bolts the bow eats. Weakness: the style that monster hates.
Unlock
Your bow tier follows Ranged. Chinchompas want Hunter, and a spot the wiki still lists. Quivers follow their own quests.

Inventory
Wear a Slayer helmet on a task. Use the best bow you can repair. Bring the ammo that bow wants. Bring only what this method uses. Leave the spare gear in the bank.
Money fork
Ammo is the bill. Chinchompas cost a lot. Slayer with a bow you own is the cheap road. Check the wiki.
Iron fork
If you cannot buy the supplies, gather them yourself. Stay on the earlier step until you have them.
Kit
Wear a Slayer helmet on a task. Use the best bow you can repair. Bring the ammo that bow wants.
Mistakes
Do not throw chinchompas on a public tile you cannot hold. Do not buy a top bow with no ammo money.
Stop
Stop when you have the level you came for. A quest, a prayer, or a weapon. Level 99 is a cape. You do not need it to use the skill.
