Inventory
Wear the smiths' outfit if you have it. Wear ice gloves at the Blast Furnace. Bring the coal bag. Bring only what this method uses. Leave the spare gear in the bank.
Money fork
The Foundry and the Blast Furnace can pay. Smithing platebodies at a normal furnace usually does not. Check the wiki.
Iron fork
If you cannot buy the supplies, gather them yourself. Stay on the earlier step until you have them.
Kit
Wear the smiths' outfit if you have it. Wear ice gloves at the Blast Furnace. Bring the coal bag.
Mistakes
Do not smith rune platebodies on a normal furnace. Do not use the Blast Furnace with no coal bag.
Stop
Stop when you have the level you came for. A quest, a prayer, or a weapon. Level 99 is a cape. You do not need it to use the skill.
